Welcome to Chai & Chaos Hosting — a global game-infrastructure provider built by gamers for gamers. By using our Services — including Rust & Minecraft hosting, Discord bot deployments, VPS, and web hosting — you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

We aim to make hosting fast, transparent, and community-driven. These Terms protect both you and the network that connects every Chai & Chaos user.

“Chai & Chaos Hosting,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer collectively to the administrators and infrastructure maintainers of the brand.

This Agreement governs all Services provided by Chai & Chaos Hosting, including:

• Game servers
• Discord bots and automation systems
• Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
• Web hosting

You confirm that you are of legal age and capacity to form a binding contract and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

You may access Services only through official Chai & Chaos interfaces. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Bypassing authentication or billing systems
• Attempting to access another user’s service or node
• Running DoS/DDoS or network flood scripts
• Tampering with usage monitors, resource limits, or panel files
• Disrupting shared node performance through deliberate abuse

Your account and API keys are solely your responsibility. Detected intrusions or abnormal patterns may trigger temporary suspension or termination without refund.

Shared nodes rely on mutual fairness. You agree not to:

• Overuse CPU, RAM, or disk beyond your plan limits
• Host anonymizing proxies or tunnels for illegal activity
• Modify service configurations to exceed your purchased allocation

Responsible vulnerability disclosure is welcomed via Discord or ticket; exploiting vulnerabilities is not.

Accepted Payments:

Payments are accepted via UPI (PhonePe / BHIM / QR). You must confirm transaction success; failed or partial transfers are invalid.

Billing Cycle & Renewals:

• Billing Cycle: Monthly, Quarterly & Annual
• Auto-Renewal: Enabled Via Billing Portal
• Suspension: Occurs automatically on the expiry date shown in server settings
• Deletion: If not renewed within 4 days after expiry, all data is deleted permanently

Refund Policy:

• 12-hour money-back guarantee from initial deployment
• Refund requests must be made via ticket within that window
• After 12 hours, no refunds unless properly justified with a technical issue
• Non-refundable items: All servers after 12 hours, VPS/dedicated instances, domains, add-ons, and custom setups
• Refunds are returned to the original UPI method only

Reinstatement & Chargebacks:

• There is no reinstatement after deletion
• False UPI disputes or chargebacks cause immediate termination and blacklisting

Resources:

Plans include defined RAM, CPU, database, and backup limits. We enforce both hard caps and fair-usage rules: temporary spikes are acceptable, but sustained abuse is not.

Player Slots:

Each plan has its own slot limit based on the users setting of max limits.

Storage & Backups:

Game servers operate under “unlimited within reason.” Bot and web hosting plans have explicit storage limits. Game servers include limited databases and backups that can be expanded for extra fees.

Prohibited Activities:

• DDoS tools or network attacks
• Pirated or copyrighted content
• Malware, botnets, or phishing
• Crypto mining or torrent distribution
• Fake population bots or server spoofing
• Illegal proxy or VPN relays

Enforcement:

Chai & Chaos may inspect, throttle, or suspend any service to protect the network. Serious violations result in permanent account closure.

Backups are user-initiated and stored on the same node. They remain available until deleted by you or until your service ends. Accessible 24/7 via file transfer for upload or download.

Chai & Chaos does not guarantee recovery in case of hardware failure or user error. Regular off-site exports are strongly recommended.

Response Goal:

Average first response time is under 1 hour; complex issues may take longer.

Ticket Abuse & Behaviour:

Spamming or abusive messages delay responses and may lead to a support ban. Extreme abuse results in immediate termination of services without refund.

Respectful Communication:

Users must maintain respectful language toward staff and community members. Repeated toxicity or harassment is grounds for account closure.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Chai & Chaos Hosting disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service within the last 30 days.

We are not responsible for loss of data, downtime, hardware failure, or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Chai & Chaos Hosting may revise this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to our panel or website. Continued use signifies acceptance of the latest version. We encourage you to review this document periodically.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and applicable international digital-service regulations. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceeding.

Chai & Chaos Hosting exists to power communities, not corporations. Our Terms are designed to keep hosting fair, transparent, and sustainable — for every player, admin, and creator who chooses to build here.

Chai & Chaos Hosting staff, including Owners and Moderators, reserve the right to modify configurations, policies, or services when required to maintain stability, security, or service quality.
